Take five guys from various parts of the USA, drop them for one unusual reason or another into a small (really small, like one stoplight closed-on-Sundays small) town in southern Utah, give them a big, heated garage (not a house garage folks. We're talkin full blown automotive garage luxury! By the way if you try this, remember to push the car bodies, engine blocks and partially-rebuilt drive trains out of the way before running your cables), plug in a bunch of buzzing, blinking little boxes and hit the record button once in a while.
Not your usual good looking boy band, the Katch is a collective of something new, something familiar, and something you just can't put your finger on. ( Not that we would want your finger on it anyway. I mean, we like you and all but... )
We've got our own thing going and that's just fine by us. Take a listen... what you'll hear on this site is just us, in a garage, laying down tracks one at a time, with only ourselves and way too many knobs to turn.
People tell us this is good... but everybody who knows us knows the Katch live is better.
